Polimeros del Uretano is a Mexican based company, with an IATF 16949:2016 quality certification. Founded in 1986 with the strong commitment to satisfy our client´s needs by providing exceptional customer service.
Our technical specialty is manufacturing polyurethane foam in all their different presentations (flexible, rigid and semi-rigid), rebond foam as well as the manufacturing of other products, mainly targeted to the automotive industry, such as thermo-acoustic insulation, trim reinforcement spare tire covers, seat stuffing, comfort foams, door plastic seals and dust seals among others. Even though the automotive industry is our main commercial target, we are also involved in other markets, such as, house cleaning care,furniture and packaging.
We have earned a solid reputation for our ample capacity, versatile processes and experience.
Since 1986 we have developed great expertise in our processes. Meeting the highest quality and performance standards required by the automotive industry is the standard at Polimeros del Uretano.
Through our Certified IATF 16949:2016 Quality System and the expertise we have acquired with each of our customers in the automotive industry, we are able to perfectly understand the needs and systems of each one of them.
From price quotation phase, advance quality planning (APQP), production parts approval processes (PPAP) and mass production. We are capable of handling various logistic schemes, according to each of our customer’s requirements.
We have all the necessary infrastructure to carry out EDI communications, releases reception and ASN remittance. Furthermore we have computer assisted designed software (CAD) for drawing or mathematic models reception from our customers.
